Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features.
- Optimize Performance: Analyze code and application performance to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Testing & QA: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and robustness.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) being a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
