Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Code Leadership: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Tech Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development stack to drive business growth.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a senior role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Database: Strong experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the USA and willing to undergo visa sponsorship processes (H1-B, O-1, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for collaborating with global teams.
