Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
