Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Optimize application performance and implement best practices for security and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
