Job Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the architecture and development of scalable web applications that serve millions of users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across multiple platforms.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve efficiency and readability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Willingness to relocate to Milwaukee, WI, and ability to legally work in the United States (Visa Sponsorship Required).
