Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions and APIs using industry-standard technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Optimization: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and optimize for speed and scalability.
- Security: Implement security best practices to ensure data protection and compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript (React, Node.js, or Angular).
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Sacramento, CA.
