Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews, system integration testing, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment.
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure data protection compliance (GDPR, SOC2).
- Optimize application performance and user experience to drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Eligibility to work in the US and willingness to sponsor an employment visa.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex system failures.
