Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable backend services using Java and Python.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability of our cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to the architectural design of new features and system improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain H1B Visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid work visa.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
