Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, network infrastructure, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and security systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
- Lead system upgrades and migrations while minimizing downtime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure
