Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical vision and architecture of the company's products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a Linux environment and use version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
