Responsibilities
- Execute cross-functional projects in software development, data analytics, or digital marketing based on assigned track
- Collaborate with US-based teams using Agile methodologies and remote collaboration tools
- Participate in weekly professional development workshops and cultural exchange activities
- Document project outcomes and present quarterly progress to department leadership
- Contribute to innovation challenges and hackathons hosted by our Philadelphia partners
- Maintain detailed project logs and participate in bi-weekly mentorship sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a non-US degree program (within 12 months)
- Strong English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
- Basic skills in one or more: Python, SQL, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Analytics
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (non-immigrant status)
- Self-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Legal authorization to work in the United States via J1 sponsorship
- Portfolio or academic projects demonstrating relevant technical/creative skills
