Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) to identify and fix bugs before deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Must be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC and obtain necessary work authorization.
