Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to drive product growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying scalable web applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
