Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native microservices using Python/Java
- Lead API development and integration with third-party payment systems
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance for global user base (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Collaborate with product teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Participate in quarterly hackathons and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of backend development with Python/Java
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design
