Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Python, and AWS
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime
- Collaborate with global teams across 5 countries via agile methodologies
- Contribute to open-source projects and present findings at tech conferences
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security standards
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with cloud technologies
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and microservices architecture
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-cultural teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Valid work authorization or willingness to relocate with sponsorship
