Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across 3+ time zones using Agile methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured knowledge-sharing program
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development with Python/Java/JavaScript
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure and containerization technologies
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, Confluence)
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2+ level)
- Valid US work authorization or willingness to relocate with sponsorship
- Demonstrated problem-solving through portfolio projects
