Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring strict adherence to our coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure system reliability.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid work setting.
