Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of cloud-native microservices using AWS/Azure
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize system performance to handle 10M+ daily API transactions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct security audits and implement GDPR/CCPA compliance measures
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes) preferred
