Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and build high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee system stability.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation to support the development lifecycle.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Flexibility: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a flexible, remote-first environment with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relocation: Willingness and ability to relocate to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
