Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using AWS and Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
- Drive security best practices and conduct quarterly code reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of leading projects from conception to production
- Strong background in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
