Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or .NET).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively collaborate with international teams.
- Willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process for employment in the United States.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
