Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a direct-hire capacity.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or equivalent backend languages).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
