Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices across the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability in production environments.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in the agile development lifecycle.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them during the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (React/Angular experience a plus).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
