Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the architecture and development of scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and implement efficient, scalable solutions to drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure rigorous testing protocols are met before deployment to production.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the technical strategy of the department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one major backend framework (Node.js, Java, or .NET).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
