Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are met.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Research and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a US work authorization.
