Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and established coding standards.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring applications run smoothly and efficiently across all devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich user experiences.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Testing & QA: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing strategies to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable releases to production.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong experience with at least one major front-end framework.
- Backend: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
