Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define product requirements.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Identify technical risks and propose architectural solutions to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
