Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure all software is performant, secure, and maintainable.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify technical debt and implement strategies to modernize legacy systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React or Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
