Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, including thorough unit and integration tests.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior developers alike.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in React, Node.js, or similar stacks.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
