Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality software applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and international cross-functional teams to define features and technical requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level) required for effective cross-border collaboration.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and relational databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
