Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and drive feature delivery.
- Testing & Quality: Implement automated testing strategies and ensure rigorous quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specs, and architecture diagrams for the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
