The Role:
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and execute feature roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and drive initiatives to modernize legacy systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
