Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and Python.
- Lead the design of microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct technical code reviews, and establish coding standards.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Docker.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
