Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications using modern architectures.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize existing software for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring robust security protocols.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Drive technical decisions and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. with valid visa status or willingness to undergo Visa Sponsorship (H1B, O-1, or Green Card).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
