Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in code, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Testing: Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and interns on the team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specs and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Tools: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
