Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using Python and JavaScript.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across distributed systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical fixes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Deep proficiency in Python, React, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
