Responsibilities
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and AWS Lambda
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for TypeScript applications
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and MongoDB systems
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision-making
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through pair programming and workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
