Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead the architecture of complex systems and ensure scalability and security.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks in existing codebases.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
