Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies (Python, React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across the team.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of learning.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to production incidents.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives.
- Optimize database queries and improve application responsiveness and load times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a remote-first hybrid environment.
