Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead end-to-end development of new product features from concept to deployment
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ in distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Strong problem-solving skills with system architecture design experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
