Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform load testing, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust error handling and logging systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
