Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Drive agile development practices within Scrum framework
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go with cloud architecture
- Proficiency in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong background in test-driven development (TDD)
- Experience mentoring engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
