Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using AWS Lambda and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical APIs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with PCI-DSS standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- AWS/Azure/GCP certifications with hands-on multi-cloud deployment experience
- Proven track record of leading agile development teams
- Strong background in financial technology or high-transaction systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
