Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP services
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming in Agile ceremonies
- Optimize microservices performance with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct security audits and implement OWASP best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade fintech applications
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Experience with event sourcing and CQRS patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
