Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality products.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth and culture.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is preferred.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
