Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features on tight deadlines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Testing: Establish comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Frameworks: Proficiency in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
- Cloud Mastery: Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
