Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Lead network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Manage server administration and virtualization environments
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior team members
- Automate workflows using DevOps pipelines (Terraform, Ansible)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of network security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code implementation experience
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, CCNP, AWS/Azure preferred)
