Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using AWS and Azure
- Lead agile development cycles with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with global product teams to define technical requirements
- Implement security best practices and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with distributed systems
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments
