Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with cloud platform experience
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of delivering high-traffic applications
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design capabilities
