Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Architect scalable systems that meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers to foster team growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define user stories and technical specifications.
- Debug complex issues and implement performance optimizations for existing applications.
- Ensure code follows best practices, security protocols, and coding standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
